This policy explains how RuneHealing.com handles contact messages, comments and technical information when you use the website. Danielle Evans operates the site and handles its inbox and privacy requests.
At a glance
- We use information to run the website, respond to you, moderate comments and protect against abuse.
- We do not sell personal information or provide it to third parties for advertising targeting. Hosting, email, security and spam-protection providers still process information needed to operate the site.
- For access, correction or deletion, email [email protected]. Danielle responds to privacy requests within 30 days.
1. Who is responsible
Danielle Evans is the sole operator responsible for RuneHealing.com and its correspondence. The public contact address is 1830 Peachtree Pkwy., Cumming, GA 30041, United States. Email: [email protected].
2. Information you provide
Contact messages: the form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. We use these to respond and manage your request. Messages are not added to a mailing list.
Comments: WordPress collects the name, email address, optional website and comment you provide, along with technical information such as your IP address and browser information for moderation and spam prevention. Your published name and comment are visible to readers; your email address is not displayed with the comment.
Please do not send health records, payment details, passwords or government identifiers through a message or comment.
3. Technical information and analytics
Hosting and protection systems can process IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser information and security events to deliver the website and detect abuse.
A Cloudflare Insights beacon is present on the site for page-view and performance measurement. Cloudflare describes how this works in its Web Analytics documentation. The beacon measures page visits and performance rather than the text you write in a private contact message. Provider processing and locations are described below.
4. Cookies and remote content
WordPress and security features may use functional or security cookies, depending on how you interact with the site. For example, comment preferences or a signed-in session can require cookies. Wordfence explains its security cookies and when they are used.
Some pages can display provider-supplied profiles or other content loaded from remote servers. Loading remote content can disclose technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to that provider. Linked destinations may use their own cookies when you follow a link.
You can manage cookies through your browser. Cookie controls do not necessarily stop every network request or every form of provider processing. This policy does not promise that all remote content waits for a consent interaction.
5. Providers used to operate the site
Hosting and backups
Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts the website and its backups in the United States, in the US East area.
Contact delivery and mailbox
Amazon Simple Email Service (AWS SES) sends outgoing contact-form mail. Danielle receives and manages correspondence through her Gmail mailbox. These are separate sending and receiving services.
Protection and spam prevention
The site has Cloudflare, Wordfence and Akismet components enabled. Depending on the feature, these can process technical request information or submitted comment/message data to protect the site and detect spam. See Cloudflare’s policy and Akismet’s privacy information.
Performance measurement
Cloudflare’s Insights beacon supplies page-view and page-performance information. These statistics help identify slow pages and understand which guides are viewed; they are separate from your private messages.
6. Why information is used
- To deliver and maintain the website.
- To respond to messages, corrections, comment requests and privacy requests.
- To display and moderate comments and prevent spam or abuse.
- To understand page performance and readership at an aggregate level.
- To meet applicable legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
7. External services
A referral identifier and the destination’s cookies can be used to attribute that referral. The destination service handles the information you give it under its own terms and privacy policy. Read those before creating an account or paying.
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for advertising targeting. Necessary processing by the operational providers described above is not the same as a promise that no data ever leaves this website. We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.
8. How long information is kept
- Contact messages: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Comments: remain published until you ask us to remove them.
- Security logs: 30–90 days.
- Aggregate analytics retained by RuneHealing: indefinitely, in aggregate form rather than as a copy of your contact message.
These are RuneHealing’s retention practices. Providers can have separate security, backup and legal-retention requirements; deleting a message from our mailbox is not a guarantee that every provider backup is erased immediately.
9. Your rights and choices
You can ask Danielle to access, correct or delete the personal information RuneHealing holds about you. Write to [email protected], preferably from the email address you used with us, or use the postal address below. Explain which message, comment or other information your request concerns.
Danielle responds within 30 days. Limited verification may be needed to avoid disclosing someone else’s information. Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability or a complaint to a relevant regulator. Making a request does not require you to send unnecessary sensitive documents.
10. Processing locations
The website and its backups are hosted by AWS in the United States. Email delivery through AWS SES, Gmail mailbox handling and other provider operations are separate processing activities; the website’s hosting location is not a guarantee that every copy of every message or technical record stays in the United States.
Google explains that it operates servers around the world and information may be processed outside your country in its Privacy Policy. Cloudflare also describes international processing in its policy. The exact country used for an individual message or request can depend on the provider and its configuration. For details of their own processing and transfer practices, read the relevant provider policies linked here.
11. Children
RuneHealing is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent information, contact Danielle so it can be reviewed and removed.
12. Security
The website uses HTTPS and enabled security components to help protect access and detect abuse. No website or email system can guarantee complete security. Share only what is needed for your question and do not use the form for confidential health, financial or identity documents.
13. Changes
We may update this policy when the site or its practices change. The date above identifies this version. Changes will be published on this page.
